Project Overview
The Rawabi Town Center represents one of the key urban development projects within Palestine’s first planned city — Rawabi. Executed by Abaad Jordan for Construction (A.C.C.), the project focuses on the workmanship, interior finishing, and architectural detailing of the town’s central commercial and social hub.
The Town Center serves as a vibrant focal point for shopping, business, and entertainment, integrating modern design elements with Palestinian architectural identity. A.C.C. was entrusted with the construction of essential structural and finishing works, ensuring high-quality execution and compliance with international standards.
Scope of Work
- Execution of civil, architectural, and interior finishing works
- Installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Coordination with multiple contractors within a multi-phase master development
- Application of premium finishes in line with Bayti Real Estate’s design requirements
- Quality control, site supervision, and adherence to safety and sustainability standards

- Total area of 26,000 m² of mixed-use commercial and civic facilities
- Supervised by Ziadeh Engineering Office ensuring strict compliance with engineering codes
- 80% of construction completed by A.C.C. within the contract period
