The Palestine Investment Bank Headquarters is a landmark corporate facility designed to reflect modern banking excellence, innovation, and transparency.
Constructed by Abaad Jordan for Construction (A.C.C.), the building stands proudly on El-Ersal Main Road in Al-Bireh, combining striking architectural aesthetics with state-of-the-art functionality.
With a total built-up area of 8,500 m², the headquarters serves as a central hub for operations, management, and customer services, featuring open office layouts, executive floors, and dedicated data and archive centers.
Scope of Work
- Complete construction, finishing, and MEP works for an 8,500 m² corporate facility
- Development of a two-story bank branch, data center, archives, and executive management floors
- Installation of modern façade systems including extensive glazing and stone finishes
- Integration of smart building systems for security, lighting, and energy efficiency
- Coordination with financial sector consultants to meet strict regulatory and safety standards
