The Istishari Cancer Center marks a historic milestone as Palestine’s first specialized cancer treatment facility. Designed to deliver world-class healthcare in the heart of Ramallah, the project reflects Abaad’s engineering excellence and commitment to building structures that serve vital social and humanitarian purposes.
Spanning over 14,000 m² of built-up area and 10,500 m² of hardscape, the project involved the complete execution of skeleton works, accelerator rooms with 250 cm-thick reinforced concrete walls and slabs, and complex technical and medical spaces requiring high-precision construction standards.
Scope of Work
- Structural and civil works, including retaining walls over 9 meters high and 100 meters long
- Construction of car ramps, landscape areas, and mechanical and electrical service rooms
- Expansion of hospital parking facilities by 100%
- Heavy civil engineering to support sensitive medical infrastructure
