Scope of Work
- Construction and expansion of the existing courthouse with a total area of 2,500 m²
- Complete structural, architectural, and electromechanical works
- Addition of new courtrooms, offices, and administrative spaces to support judicial operations
- Full finishing works, including interior partitions, flooring, and façade cladding
- Implementation of security systems, HVAC, and electrical installations
- Site development including landscaping, walkways, and external service areas
