The Al Riyadh Student Residences Compound is a modern residential complex designed to provide safe, functional, and comfortable housing for female university students in Birzeit, Palestine.
With a total built-up area of 14,000 m², the project consists of three contemporary buildings equipped with advanced systems and amenities to ensure an optimal living environment for students.
Scope of Work
- Complete structural and architectural works for three multi-storey residential buildings
- Installation of advanced HVAC and BMS (Building Management Systems)
- Development of open and closed activity areas, laundry rooms, and pump rooms
- Construction of 190+ fully furnished housing units, each featuring two rooms, a kitchen, and a balcony
- Implementation of modern mechanical, electrical, and safety systems
