Project Overview
The Rawabi Schools Project is part of the larger Rawabi master development — the first planned city in Palestine. Commissioned by Bayti Real Estate, the project aimed to establish high-quality educational facilities to serve the city’s growing population and promote modern, accessible learning environments.
Executed as a workmanship project, the schools were constructed under the strict supervision of the Ziadeh Engineering Office, ensuring compliance with both structural and educational infrastructure standards.
Scope of Work
- Construction of public school buildings within the Rawabi development area
- Full structural, architectural, and finishing works for classrooms, administrative blocks, and facilities
- Implementation of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and HVAC installations
- Exterior works including playgrounds, pathways, and landscaped surroundings
- Coordination with the Rawabi infrastructure development team for seamless integration into the city plan
