Project Overview

The Jenin Muqataa project is one of the most significant governmental infrastructure developments undertaken in northern Palestine. Commissioned by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, the complex was designed to serve as the administrative and security headquarters for the Jenin Governorate, symbolizing authority, stability, and institutional strength.

Constructed and completed by Abaad Jordan for Construction (A.C.C.), the facility reflects the company’s expertise in delivering complex, multi-structure government projects under tight schedules and high technical requirements.


Scope of Work

  • Full construction and finishing of three independent buildings with a total built-up area of 7,500 m²
  • Implementation of reinforced concrete structures, advanced MEP systems, and finishing works
  • Integration of offices, meeting halls, service areas, and secure administrative zones
  • Comprehensive site development, including internal roads, retaining walls, and utility networks
  • Execution of mechanical and electrical infrastructure in compliance with government standards
  • Coordination with multiple public agencies to ensure functional integration of the facilities
