The Dura Courthouse Project represents a cornerstone in the modernization of Palestine’s judicial infrastructure.
Commissioned and funded by the European Union, this facility was designed and executed to embody transparency, accessibility, and justice through architectural integrity and technical precision.

Constructed and completed by Abaad Jordan for Construction (A.C.C.), the courthouse stands as a testament to the company’s ability to deliver institutional landmarks that combine functional efficiency with aesthetic excellence.


Scope of Work

  • Full construction and finishing of a 5,000 m² judicial complex
  • Implementation of modern courtrooms, administrative offices, and meeting chambers
  • Structural, electrical, and mechanical systems built to EU standards
  • Advanced security, access control, and data management systems
  • External works, landscaping, retaining walls, and public access pathways
  • Coordination with international consultants and European engineering oversight
